Since starting in 2006, U.K.-based MOO has worked hard to establish themselves a reputation for reasonable priced, high-quality business cards. Now the company is moving on its product portfolio and offering NFC-enabled business cards.
Starting this this month (September), the company says that;
“Any pack of Business Cards you buy from MOO will come with a little extra – a free NFC enabled Business Card. An NFC enabled Business Card is a regular Business Card, with a tiny microchip and antenna embedded inside the paper that can transmit data from itself to a mobile phone which is also NFC ready, when they are tapped together. We’re giving away 150,000 so order your next set of MOO Business Cards quickly and feel free to experiment with your free card. We have written some data to them but the chips can be rewritten. Soon we’ll be releasing an app for Android which will allow you to update what your card does.”
